What happens upon arrival at the airport?
You can report to the VIP terminal at the respective airport. Here, you check in, and your flight departs from this terminal as well.
How early before my flight departure should I check in?
Elite Jets Amsterdam advises its passengers to arrive approximately 30 minutes before scheduled departure at major airports. For smaller airports, please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
Who will greet me at the airport?
Upon departure from the Netherlands, you will be greeted by a staff member from Elite Jets Amsterdam along with one of the pilots who will escort you to the aircraft. For the return flight, one of the pilots will accompany you.
Can I adjust the departure time?
Changing the departure time is generally not a problem. However, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible because new Air Traffic Control and airport slots will need to be requested to accommodate the new desired departure time.
When will I receive a response after requesting a quote?
It depends on the complexity of the request, but for flights within Europe, you will receive a non-binding quote within 12 hours at the latest.
